### Delays
Because some products may ship from different warehouse locations, orders can occasionally experience longer delivery times than expected. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will review the shipment status.

### Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears lost in transit, contact us at coltnovak09@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and supplier to help resolve the issue.

ByteHive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
